Our story
The Bakery King started as a single oven and a sourdough starter named Henry. Today we're still a small team that shapes every loaf by hand, and still convinced that a good bakery should smell like home.
Up before the sun
Dough is mixed at 3 am so every loaf is warm when the doors open.
Real ingredients
Stone-milled flour, cultured butter and free-range eggs. No shortcuts.
Local first
We buy from farms and mills within an hour of the shop wherever we can.
Custom cakes for the big days
Birthdays, weddings and everything in between. Tell us the date, the number of guests and your ideas, and we'll design something delicious. Please give us at least five days' notice.
